Bill Zelibor, MBA President

William Zelibor serves as the founding President of Corporate Tax Consulting, Inc. (CTC), based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With forty years of experience addressing the needs of corporate taxpayers, Mr. Zelibor brings a deep expertise in personal property consulting, assessment reviews, tax bill reviews, and handling protests and appeals. His extensive industry background encompasses manufacturing, retail, restaurants, leasing, telecommunications, cable television, gaming, and more.

Mr. Zelibor is recognized as a speaker on personal property compliance and valuation issues, having presented at various locations, and his work has been published in CCH’s “Tax Alert.” He has also served as a past instructor for The Intermediate Personal Property Tax School at The Institute for Professionals in Taxation for a decade..

Henry Klosky, CMI, CPA Vice President

Having a knack for federal income tax that began in college, Henry started his public accounting career in the tax department of a Big Eight firm. His tax experience grew when working for an airport concessionaire company. Sales tax, state income tax, property tax, and federal/local licensing, became part of his background. Henry’s path then led to big, international firms, where his love for property taxes took off. Under the right mentor, he learned to like both the science and the human interaction of property taxes.

With abundant experience in retail, transportation and logistics, restaurants, auto repair, cable and insurance, Henry’s vast knowledge gives all of his clients’ confidence.

Henry’s outside interests are soccer, music, dance, bar-b-que, exercising, gardening, gaming, hiking, cycling, yoga, art, and film. You can meet a lot of interesting people on a trail at 10,000 feet.
